1、要目的：观察弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的临床疗效，并与普通钢板固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折的临床疗效进行比较分析，为临床治疗提供参考。方法：自2009年9月至2011年9月总共收集山东中医药大学附属医院小儿骨科收治的股骨干骨折住院病例42例，其中弹性髓内钉固定组18例，普通钢板固定组24例，术后常规预防感染、止血、促进骨折愈合等药物治疗，早期行功能锻炼等。结果：两组所有病例经术后6?13个月的随访，手术切口均I期愈合，未见骨折移位、伤口感染、骨髓炎、关节感染、复位丢失、内固定松动、内固定失效等情况，骨折均达到临床愈合。弹性髓内钉与普通钢板固定术治疗儿童股骨千骨折比较，手术切口明显减小、术
2、中出血量少、骨折临床愈合时间短（P〈0.05)；两组临床疗效按《常见疾病的诊断与疗效判定》进行评估：弹性髓内钉组优良率94%，普通钢板组优良率83%(P〈0.05)。结论：弹性髓内钉固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折具有手术切口小、术中出血少、不损伤骨骺、固定牢固、骨折临床愈合时间短、患肢功能恢复情况好、内固定物取出方便、患儿易耐受等优点，是理想的治疗儿童股骨干骨折的内固定方法。关键词弹性髓内钉；儿童；股骨干骨折；内固定TheEffectAnalysisofTitanicElasticNailTreatingPediatricFemoralShaftFracturesSpeciality:Ort
