7、正常大鼠尾椎腔隙性骨缺损(CBD)中,通过比较复合纤维蛋白胶磷酸钙(CPC/FG)和单纯磷酸钙(CPC)促进骨缺损修复的能力来验证:1、在骨量正常大鼠中,复合纤维蛋白胶(FG)成孔原改良后的CPC是否较单纯的CPC具有更强的骨缺损修复能力;2、在骨质疏松大鼠中,CPC/FG是否较单纯的CPC具有更强的骨缺损修复能力。方法:取36只8周龄重约200g雌性SD大鼠随机平分成骨质疏松组(OVX)和骨量正常组(NL)。先对18只OVX组大鼠行卵巢摘除后予低钙饲料饲养3个月建立骨质疏松模型,NL组18只大鼠在同样环

8、境下普通饲料饲养3个月。把NL组的18只大鼠随机平分成NL实验亚组(NI)和NL全阴对照亚组(NN);把OVX组的18只大鼠也随机平分为OVX实验亚组(OI)和OVX全阴对照亚组(ON)。对四个亚组共36只大鼠用穿刺针于第一尾椎(Co1)和第二尾椎(Co2)钻孔建立腔隙性骨缺损(CBD)。对NI亚组和OI亚组共18只大鼠分别于第一尾椎骨缺损部位填充CPC(NI-Co1和OI-Co1)和第二尾椎骨缺损部位填充CPC/FG(NI-
