1、摘要目的：对比微创内固定系统（LISS）和解剖钢板治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的临床疗效。方法：自2009年6月至2011年3月总共收集山东中医药大学附属医院骨科住院病人股骨远端复杂骨折的住院病例41例,解剖钢板组21例，男17例，女4例；年龄22～65岁，平均40.09±12.72岁；LISS钢板组20例，男15例，女5例；年龄21～61岁，平均41.10±10.89岁。比较两组患者手术切口长度、出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间及用HSS评分来评价术后膝关节功能的改善程度。结果:术后解剖钢板组随访12～18
2、个月，平均12.9个月；LISS钢板组随访12～18个月，平均13.2个月。优良率分别达到85.7%和89.9%,术后患者膝关节功能无明显差异，P>0.05。手术切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间比较，LISS钢板组优于解剖钢板组，P﹤0.05。结论:LISS及解剖钢板治疗股骨远端复杂骨折均可取得满意效果，LISS比解剖钢板更具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、创伤小、术后骨折愈合时间短等优点。关键词股骨远端；骨折；LISS；解剖钢板ClinicalResearchofLISSplateinth
