1、·中文论著摘要·下颌角截骨定位保护拉钩设计的研究目的根据下颌角模拟截骨的特点设计新型下颌角截骨定位保护拉钩,减小术中并发症,提高截骨后双侧新下颌角的对称性,降低下颌角成形术的操作难度。方法选择100例18"-'35岁咬合关系正常伴不同程度下颌角肥大人群头颅侧位x线片行模拟截骨,以下颌第一磨牙近中对应的下颌骨下缘为起点将下颁角恢复j!tJl25。后,对与截骨线相关的解剖结构进行测量,根据测量结果设计新型截骨定位保护拉钩,临床应用12例检验截骨定位保护拉钩的使用效果。.结果截骨线平均长度为60.O_4-5.2into,下颌角区截骨线
