1、摘要能源产业是六盘水市的支柱产业之一，能源产业的可持续发展将直接影响六盘水市的经济实力和发展潜力。研究六盘水市能源产业可持续发展将为制定六盘水市能源产业可持续发展对策提供决策依据。本文运用了产业经济学、发展经济学相关理论理知识，对能源产业及能源产业可持续发展概念进行了界定，厘清了区域经济发展阶段对能源产业发展和能源消费的影响。建立了六盘水市能源产业可持续发展指标体系，并用层次分析法确定了指标体系中的个体指标权重。利用人均GDP、三次产业结构、就业结构、城市化水平等指标对六盘水市的发展阶段进行判断，分

2、析了我国能源消费结构与发展趋势，认为六盘水市处于工业化初期阶段向工业化中期阶段过渡的时期，我国以煤为主的能源消费结构还将持续很长的时间，现在是六盘水市能源产业发展的好时期。利用六盘水市能源产业可持续发展指标体系对2000年至2004年六盘水市能源产业的发展进行综合评价，评价值分别为：13．675、41．661、48．724、73．195、85．201，可持续发展能力得到很大程度的提高。最后，本文利用SWOT分析方法分别对六盘水市能源产业可持续发展的机遇、挑战、优势和劣势进行分析，认为要进一步促进六盘
