1、中文摘要中国的证券行业经历了二十余年的艰难发展，已经成为我国国民经济的重要支柱之一。随着证券市场的进一步发展与成熟，证券行业的竞争也日趋激烈，各家证券公司清晰地认识到，客户服务管理的水平的高低，已经成为左右证券公司发展的一个重要因素，客户服务的电子信息化及系统化则是证券行业发展的方向。本文结合我国证券行业的实际需求，从证券公司的内部运作、业务运转、决策支持等方面着手，通过研究证券公司客户服务业务流程，以确定证券公司客户服务系统框架，并由此来得到整个服务系统框架的功能需求、系统性能、数据控制要求和技术需求等等。运用
