1、中央民族大学硕士学位论文院附设调解机制的建立提供有益的借鉴。本文第五章通过结合第一章理论探讨出构建我国基层法院附设调解机制的原则构建，分别从四个具有代表性的角度阐述，致力于从思想上建立法院附设调解机制；然后结合第二章、第三章和第四章进行制度构建，主要通过结合可行性(即我国有建立该机制的资源)和国外及基层试点法院的探索模式的借鉴，为我国基层法院附设调解模式的建立提出自己的具体构想。最后希望通过在“大调解”的背景下，结合多元化纠纷解决机制的理念，将我国人民调解、行政调解和司法调解有机结合而非各自为营的独立运作，这样的探索模式才适合我国基层法
