4、aseanyGoods,orminimumquantitythereof,fromSeller.2.Term.ThetermofthisAgreementshallbeginontheEffectiveDate,andshallendon___________(the“Term”)unlessearlierterminatedinaccordancewiththisAgreement.3.TitleandRiskofLoss.TitletoandriskoflossofallGoodsfurnishedhereundershallremainwithSelleruntilreceipt,

6、manufacturingcapabilities,passwords,documents,dataandbusinessrecords,whichisdisclosedtoPurchaserbySellerorwhichPurchaserobservesorcomesintocontactwithduringtheTermofthisAgreement,whethergeneratedbySellerorcontractorofSeller,shallbedeemed"ConfidentialInformation"andthesoleandexclusivepropertyofSel
