1、重庆交通学院硕士学位论文论企业战略管理理论的演变姓名：杨明华申请学位级别：硕士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：洪卫;池洁20050413摘要企业战略管理理论从20世纪50年代诞生以来，经历了巨大的发展和演变，其间各种学说流派应运而生，形成了“百家争鸣”的局面。这些学说和流派⋯方面丰富了战略管理的思想内涵，使战略管理理论得以延伸：另一方面，如果不对其进行整合，这些过于复杂多样化的理论和方法又会给企业战略管理实施者增添无形的障碍，使他们在纷繁的“战略管理理论的丛林”中无所适从，望而却步。针对这个问题，本文作者在对国内外现有的战略管理恩想的研究基

2、础上结合自己的理解对企业战略管理理论的演变进行了归纳。同时，就战略管理而言，我国企业目前最需要的是怎样将战略管理的基础理论与企业的管理实践有机的、系统的相结合。基于此点，本文以问题为导向，从西方战略管理理论、中国战略思想的发展历史以及我国企业的成长历程三个方面剖析中国企业战略管理的演变过程，并且对战略管理过程和在战略管理实践中经常运用的一些相关技术方法包括常见的PEST分析、SWOT分析方法进行了分析，同时对我国企业战略管理中出现的一些问题以战略管理的过程为主线，将具体的现象与战略管理的理念一同穿插其中避行分析并提出了相应的建议，最后是结
