5、mentInformationSystemandElectricalCommerceinBPRefort.2.ASynergisticFrameworkforEvaluatingBusinessProcessProcessevaluationproblemisanimportantresearchcontentinBPR.Thearticlesynthesizedanalyticnetworkprocess(ANP)anddataenvelopmentanalysis(DEA)operationalmuli-
