1、·934·国际中医中药杂志2018年10月第40卷第10期IntJTradChinMed,October2018,Vol.40,No.10·论著·温针灸、手法松解结合西医常规疗法治疗原发性冻结肩彭鹏鸣王蓉娣【摘要】目的评价温针灸、手法松解结合西医常规疗法治疗原发性冻结肩的疗效。方法将符合入选标准的90例原发性冻结肩患者按随机数字表法分为3组，每组30例。西医组采用局部封闭结合肩关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗，中医组采用温针灸配合手法松解治疗，中西医组在西医组治疗基础上隔日行中医组治疗。3组均治疗4周。采用Constan
2、t-Murley肩关节功能评分量表评价肩关节功能，采用VAS量表评价肩部疼痛程度，观察临床疗效。结果中西医组总有效率为100.0%(30/30)、西医组为276.7%(23/30)、中医组为83.3%(25/30)，3组比较差异有统计学意义(χ＝9.125，P＝0.028)。治疗后，中西医组Constant-Murley肩关节评分[(72.4±3.8)分比(67.5±4.5)分、(58.9±5.4)分，F＝66.251]高于西医组和中医组(P＜0.01)；中西医组VAS评分[(1.6±0.7)分比(2.5±0.8
