1、XY集团公司管控体系研究XY集团公司管控体系研究摘要在经济全球化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下，一大批国企纷纷转型，而集团化发展是一个重要的潮流。但在这个转型过程中，存在很多因素制约着集团企业运营和发展，其中的一个重要问题就是母子公司之间的作用机制失效而引发了集团公司的各种管控问题，母子公司之间的管控权力分配是否科学是集团公司管控模式的关键因素。为此，本文结合XY集团公司的实际情况，在对集团公司类型与运营型管控模式、战略型管控模式和财务型管控模式等进行分析的基础上，设计了XY集团公司的管控体系。本文的主要研究内容：首先，对集团公司管控类型及管控模式分析。以集团管控分类

2、及其特征入手，从理论上对集团管控模式进行分析，从实践上对我国集团公司管控模式上存在的问题进行了总结，最后选取了管控模式评价指标，构建了集团公司管控模式评价矩阵。其次，集团公司管控系统方案构建及应用。结合XY集团公司的管控实践，分析了XY集团公司管控上存在的问题，提出了管控体系设计原则及思路，进行了XY集团5个子公司管控模式选择。最后，提出了管控模式绩效评价方案，并分析了管控绩效评价要素。关键词：集团公司；类型；管控模式；管控体系；管控绩效评价i河北工业大学EMBA学位论文RESEARCHONTHEMANAGEMENTCONTROLSYSTEMOFXYGROUPAB
