4、sooverexpressed，whichcontributedtouncontrolledcellgrowthandtransformationaswellaspositivelyrelatedtothemalignancyofglioma．Recently,thecorrelationbetweenTIP30andEGFRhasbecomeahotspot．XiaodiscoveredthatdownstreamsignaltransductionofEGFRandtheincidenceofspontaneouslungtumorincreas

5、edinthemicewimTIP30geneknockout．ZhanghasidentifiedamembraneproteincomplexwhichconsistingofTIP30，acyl—CoAsynthetaselong-chainfamilymember4(ACSL4)andEndophilinB1promotesthedepartureofEGFR-EGF,acceleratesthedegradationofEGFRinlysosomeandterminatesitsdownstreamsignaltransduction，SO
