1、摘要随着知识管理走上管理的舞台，对知识管理尤其是隐性知识管理的研究越来越热。由于显性知识易于模仿和复制的特点，那些深藏在员工大脑中的隐性知识才是企业竞争力的源泉，也是显性知识的基础。所以隐性知识和显性知识之间的相互转化成为学者们研究的焦点。本文试图通过系统的分析企业隐性知识转化过程，找出企业隐性知识转化过程中的影响因素，并构建科学的评价体系来评价企业隐性知识的转化能力，从而分析企业自身在隐性知识转化方面存在的不足，并加以改善，以提升企业隐性知识转化的能力，放大知识的作用，增强企业的竞争力。本文共六章，第1章

2、为绪论，介绍了论文的选题背景及理论基础，国内外研究现状，研究的目的、意义、思路与方法；第2章从不同的角度来分析企业隐性知识转化的过程；第3章分析了企业隐性知识转化能力的影响因素并提出消除或降低影响的方法；第4章在前几章的基础上，利用AI-IP模糊综合评价的数学模型构建了企业隐性知识转化能力的评价指标体系，并运用该评价模型进行实证研究，以检验该评价模型的科学性和可行性；最后一章总结了本文的研究结论和创新点，并指了不足与展望。关键词：知识管理，隐性知识，知识转化，转化能力ABSTRACTTheresearcho
