5、··················……1一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一鱼_…_._二_.导论.1选皿背,及愈义猎头公司是依靠猎取社会所需的各类高级人才而生存、获利的中介组织。猎头(HeadHuntin动,是二战后在美国出现的词汇。当时美国政府在占有战败国科技资料的同时,还全力网罗科技人才。其行动方式是先找到目标,然后发挥猎手神通广大的狩猎能力猎到猎物。世界上第一家猎头公司,即产生于二战后的美国。目前美国70%的白领曾经或经常通过猎头公司寻找或调换工作。猎头公司在发达国家已经成为不可缺少的服务机构。英国《经济学家杂志》统计:全球物色高级经理人才行业的收入一年约
6、在25亿至40亿美元之间,猎头已成为一个蓬勃发展的朝阳产业川。1992年6月18日,中国第一家猎头公司一沈阳维用猎头中心诞生。至今,全国已有上千家猎头公司,上海有上百家;北京自1993年第一家猎头公司登记注册至今,目前在北京市场开展猎头活动的单位至少在4co家左右,国外猎头公司在100家左右。猎头公司为高级人才的隐秘流动提供服务.猎头公司的业务单是人才需求的曲线图,也是行业兴衰的晴雨表。人才的价值有多大?世界银行对世界上许多国家经济增长差异所作的分析说,国家经济增长之间的差别,只有30%是由物质资本产生的,而7既是由知识资本也就是人力资本造成的。这也就促使整个
7、国际社会越来越关注人力资源,人才竞争也由此成为国家之间最激烈的竟争。中国作为世界上目前发展最快、最稳定的国家,人力资源市场发展潜力巨大。尤其是中国加入世贸组织后与国际接轨的主要核心问题是优秀人才特别是领袖人才短缺问题。全球50强企业相继在华投资,“三资”企业数目已超过37万家,对顶尖人才的需求持续走高,也正是这些跨国公司,早就向猎头公司借力,从而把国际通行的人才服务规则和服务理念引入中国。目前,在世界范围内寻求具有国际背景和经验的高级人才,已不仅仅是跨国公司、外资企业的独特做法,在中国的金融业、高等教育和生命科学研究领域以及大型企业中,已经有了引进国际高层人才
