1、摘要丹麦是世界公认的北欧“福利国家”之一，其社区教育的发展具有丹麦特色，有着重视教育的悠久历史传统，也是全世界少数几个在教育上投资最多的国家之一。丹麦曾是贫穷的农业国家，之所以成为先进的工业化国家和“福利国家”与其发达的教育和精神文明建设是分不开的。丹麦的民众教育思想不仅影响着丹麦社区内民众教育的发展，而且也影响了北欧其他国家社区内民众教育的广泛发展。本研究运用文献法、历史法，研究丹麦民众教育的历史起源、发展历程。通过对国内外相关问题的研究整理、归纳和总结出丹麦民众教育的发展特点，力图借鉴其独特的民众教育的经验对我国的全民教育

2、发展以及和谐社会的建设提出一些借鉴建议。本研究分为五个部分。第一部分为绪论，通过对问题的提出、国内外文献研究的综述、相关概念的界定、研究方法的运用，明确了本研究的理论价值和现实意义。第二部分从历史的角度梳理了丹麦民众教育思想的产生与历史发展，这个过程经历了五个阶段，分别为基督教启蒙阶段、人权启蒙阶段、民众启蒙阶段、工人启蒙阶段和个人启蒙阶段。第三部分介绍了“科隆威民众教育思想”的产生及发展，结合科隆威民众教育思想的具体实践，着重介绍丹麦第一所民众中学——罗亭中学的建立和发展。第四部分通过比较丹麦正规学校教育和民众教育之间的不同

3、与联系，具体阐述丹麦民众教育的现状，包括教育类型和实施机构。第五部分总结丹麦民众教育的特点，进而对我国在社区内广泛进行民众教育的发展提出一些具有借鉴意义的建议。关键词：丹麦；民众教育；社区IAbstractDenmarkisoneofthewelfarecountriesintheworld.Shehasaprofoundhistoricaltraditionofattachingimportancetoeducation.Denmarkisalsothecountrywhichinveststhemostonitseduca
