1、中文摘要摘要世界经济的快速发展以及经济结构的加快调整使得国际干散货航运市场的规模不断扩大，竞争也日趋激烈。干散货航运市场作为一个近似完全竞争市场，运费价格波动极大，其波动性对船公司和货主以及所有航运参与者来说风险都是极其巨大的，因此，控制运价的波动性风险，研究干散货运价波动风险的合理规避方法对于干散货市场参与者而言已是当务之急。本文就是在这一背景下进行研究的。传统情况下，航运企业为了规避运价波动风险，会采取船队灵活性经营的方法。近年来，远期运费协议、运费期权作为运费衍生品活跃于运费风险管理市场，给航运经营者和投资者提

2、供了新的选择。本文的主要工作就是首先对干散货航运市场进行分析，其次逐一介绍以上三种方法对干散货航运市场运价波动风险的规避，接下来对干散货日收益率序列的特点进行分析，应用金融风险度量的主流技术⋯VaR(v甜UeatRisk)，将标准航线C42006．1．3_2010．1．8的1005个交易日的运价值作为研究对象，对市场风险进行实证分析，最后得出结论。VaR的计算给出了一个量化的风险，干散货航运市场参与者可以根据自己的风险承受能力来制定策略，从而更好的规避风险，达到提高利润的目的。关键词：风险规避；VaR；远期运价协议；
