2、WeretrievedCNKI,VIP,WANFANG,PubMed,theCochraneLibraryofclinicalcontroltrialdatabasesandotherdatabasesbycomputer.Accordingtotheintegrationandeliminationstandardoftheliterature,Wechosetherandomizedcontrolledtrials(RCTs)ofShenSongYangXincapsuleonslowarrhythmia.Tworeview
3、ersfinishedthequalityassessmentindependently,extractedthedataandcrosschecked.ThenweusedtheRevMan5.0softwarefortheMeta-analysis.Results:Atotalof14studiesincluded1121casesofpatients,thequalityofitsresearchwaslowquality.Meta-analysisresultsshowedthat:comparedwiththecont
4、rolgroup,(1)14oftheclinicalefficacyoftheefficiencyofthecombinedeffectofthetest:ORcombined=5.06,95%CIwas[3.75,6.84],Meta-analysisofresultswasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.00001);(2)24hHolterefficacyintwostudiestheefficiencyofthecombinedeffectoftheamountoftest:ORcombine
5、d=6.72,95%CIwas[2.85,15.86](P<0.0001),24hHoltereffectofShenSongcapsulewasbetterthanthecontrolgroup;(3)6studiesreportedtheaverageheartrateincreasebycomparingwiththecontrolgroup.Dueto2theheterogeneitytest,P<0.00001,I=76%,sowechosetherandomeffectsmodelanalysisandtheresu
6、ltsshowedthat:MD=7.10,95%CIwas[5.47,8.73](P<0.00001),theaverageheartrateincreaseofShenSongYangXincapsulewasbetterthanthecontrolgroup;(4)Apartfromthethreestudies,thissystematicreviewinthestudiesreportedadversedrugreactions.Accordingtothestudies,580patientstookShenSong
7、YangXincapsule.Eightstudiesreported13casesofgastrointestinalreactionsandwedidnotfindsignificantsideeffectsofShenSongYangXincapsule.Asaresultofthelackofstatisticalanalysisoftheoccurrenceofadversereactions,weneedtotakemoreclinicalstudiestoobservethesecurityofShenSongYa
