1、摘要目的:通过观察创复康喷剂对大鼠感染模型创面中细菌及转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)含量的影响,旨在从微生物学及分子生物学角度探讨创复康喷剂对感染创面修复作用的机制。方法:(1)30只健康SD大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为A生理盐水空白组、B创复康喷剂实验组、C康复新液药物对照组,每组10只,称重标记。按照付小斌等报道的背部全层皮肤切除感染模型制备方法并加以改进,制作大鼠感染模型。(2)造模成功后开始分组外喷创复康喷剂、康复新液、生理盐水,5ml/次,每日2次,连续用7日。在造模成功后当天0d及用药4d、7d后,分别于创面中心及边缘各切取一痂下组织或肉芽组织,制成组织匀浆,进行组织细菌培养,并计
2、算出细菌含量。用药7日后,切取未愈合创面边缘0.2cm的新生肉芽组织和皮肤,每只大鼠取约0.5g,超声波粉碎后,制成组织匀浆,将制备好的匀浆离心留上清液,采用放射免疫检测TGF-α浓度。实验结果用SPSS16.0统计软件分析,所有数据用完全随机设计资料的方差分析统计结果。结果:(1)创复康喷剂组和康复新液组均能明显降低感染创面中细菌含量,两组比较,无显著性差异,在用药4d及7d后,创复康喷剂组和生理盐水组的细菌含量比较,有显著性差异。表明运用创复康喷剂可以降低感染创面中细菌含量,有抗感染的作用。(2)用药7日后,创复康喷剂组和康复新剂组的TGF-α含量比较,无显著性差异,创复康喷剂组与生理
