3、inXinjiangmedicaluniversityfirstaffiliatedhospital.Results:It’srisinginthenumberofPTEhospitalizationpatientinrecent4years.Theonsetpeakageofthemalepatientsformorethan70yearsoldandfor60to69yearsoldoffemalepatients.Thereisabout10yearsearlierintheonsetpeakageinfemalePTEpatientthaninmale.T

4、heonsetpeakageoftheHanpatientsformorethan70yearsoldandfor60to69yearsoldofUighurpatients.Thereisabout10yearsearlierintheonsetpeakageinUighurPTEpatientthaninHan.586PTEpatientinvolving360Hanpatients(61.43%)whichaverageageis61.70±15.61yearsoldand226minoritynationalpatients(38.57%)andinwhi

5、chUighuris156accountsfor58.65%(averageage53.98±15.07yearsold).Thedistributionofthefirstdepartmentthatthepatientschooseisrespiratorydepartment296cases(50.57%)andheartmedicinedepartment79cases(13.51%).Age≥40yearsold,obesity,embolismhistoryandhyperlipidemiaarefourmostcommonacquiredriskfa

6、ctorsandbasicdiseases.ObesityisthemainlyriskfactorsinUighurandsmokinganddrinkingaremainlyriskfactorsinHanpeople.ThemostcommonsymptomsofPTEaredifficultybreathing,asthma,coughandchestpainandthemostcommonclinicalsignsarepleuraleffusion,shortnessofbreath,thelungssound,lowerlimbswellingand

7、reducedbreathsounds.35.84%PTEpatientscombinedwithdeepveinthrombosis(DVT)andinwhich12.93%patientasPTEasstartingsymptoms.Conclutions:ThePTEdiagnosticlevelobviouslyimprovedinourhospitalinrecentyears.TheincidenceofPTEofUighurishigherthanthatinotherminority.TheonsetageofPTEofUygurisearlier
