1、新疆医科大学硕士学位论文骨髓穿刺检查对特发性血小板减少性紫癜诊断价值研究生：阿利娅·艾克木导师：哈力达·亚森副教授摘要目的确定在临床初步诊断为ITP或初步诊断ITP但不排除其他疾病可能的患者中，骨髓穿刺检查确定对该病的诊断价值。资料病例选择为2002年2月到2009年8月期间新疆医科大学第一附属医院住院患者诊断为ITP或单纯血小板减少症的112例患者。方法回顾性的分析根据入选标准选出的112例患者的骨髓穿刺结果与临床初步诊断的一致性，讨论对于这类患者，骨髓穿刺检查排除其他一些重要的引起血小板减少的疾病，以确定骨髓穿

2、刺检查对ITP诊断的价值。结果本研究表明，入选标准中有97.3%的患者骨髓报告结果与ITP典型骨髓象一致，并确定诊断ITP，也有少数患者的骨髓象显示骨髓增生减低，但这些患者没有出现其他细胞系的减低，临床表现符合ITP的诊断。并有2.8%的患者初步诊断为ITP，但骨穿诊断为造血系恶性疾病，不符合ITP的诊断。结论对于临床初步诊断为ITP并单纯表现为外周血象改变，无其他特异性体征的成年(<60岁)患者，骨髓穿刺是没有必要的。关键词：特发性血小板减少性紫癜；急性白血病；骨髓象；骨髓穿刺检查；1新疆医科大学硕士学位论文Th
