2、inthedetectionofprostatecancer(PCa).Toevaluatetheprognosticthesensitivity,specifityandaccuracyofultrasonogyandmultifactoronprostaticcancer.MethodsAtotalof64PCapatients,100benignprostatehypertrophy(BPH)inintermediateserumPSA≥4.0ng/mland/ordigitalrectalexamination(DRE)(+)and/orTransr

3、ectalultrasonogrophy(+)levelunderwentwasfoundonbiopsyortransrectalultrasound(TRUS)guidedbiopsy.ComparedwithPSA,PSAD,PSATZandTRUS,toexplorethesensitivityandspecificityofPSA,PSAD,PSATZandTRUSinDetectingPCa.ResultsInatotalof164,84casesshowhypoechoicareasintheperipheralzoneofprostate，i

4、nwhich43arePCa，41areBPH.Theremaindonotshowobvioushypoechoicareasintheperipheralzone，inwhich22arePCa，58areBPH.ThesensitivityofTRUSis62.5%,specificityis59.0%andaccuracyis60.4%.ThesensitivityofPSAis90.6%,specificityis13.0%andaccuracyis43.3%.ThesensitivityofPSADis84.4%,specificityis37.
