2、rnationalProstateSymptomsScore(IPSS)score,maximumflowrate,residualurinevolume,andrecordedtheadverseevents.Results:Allthepatientscompletedthe4weeksoftreatment.Inthecontrolgroup,theinternationalprostatesymptomscoreandresidualurineofpre-treatmentrespectivelydecreasedfrom(17.80±2.699)sco

3、re,(17.49±4.786)mlto(17.06±2.363)score(P＜0.01),(15.0644.621)ml(P＜0.01)aftertreatment.Themaximumurinaryflowratewasnotstatisticallysignificant(P＞0.05).Inthetreatmentgroup,theinternationalprostatesymptomscoreandresidualurineofpre-treatmentrespectivelydecreasedfrom(18.00±2.828)score,(17.

4、44±7.063)mlto(14.09±2.851)score(P＜0.01),(12.36±5.701)ml(P＜0.01)aftertreatment,maximumflowratefrom(13.58±2.445)ml/supto(17.42±2.751)ml/s(P＜0.01)aftertreatment.Conclusion:TheAdditionalBituDecoctioncombinedwithWesternmedicinecanrapidlyimproveIPSS,maximumurinaryflowrateandresidualurinesy
