1、摘要浙江舟山群岛新区，是国务院批准的我国首个以海洋经济为主题的国家级群岛新区，有着十分优越的自然地理条件、悠久深厚的历史文化资源以及光明美好的经济发展前景。随着2013年1月17日国务院正式批复《浙江舟山群岛新区发展规划》，新区的改革发展蓝图已经绘就，也为新区的文化产业提供了广阔的发展空间。加快推进舟山群岛新区渔农村文化建设，既是全面建设社会主义新渔农村的战略任务，也是新一轮海洋文化名城建设的迫切需要。随着经济社会发展的转型、居民消费结构的升级，群众对文化的消费需求得到了更大的释放。而舟山现有的渔农村文化产品稀缺，渔农村文化发展和管理缺乏科学的理论指导，渔

2、农村文化产业总体实力不强等，这些突出的问题都影响了渔农村文化产业的发展。因此，本文拟从舟山群岛新区的实际情况出发，深入研究、探讨以海洋文化、渔文化、农耕文化为基础的渔农村文化，以便为下一步确定和制订渔农村文化发展新战略，推动渔农村文化大发展大繁荣提供一些依据。鉴于舟山群岛新区的渔农村文化产业涵盖内容很多，范围很广，为使研究更具针对性和实效性，本文着重选取了海洋文化旅游、渔农节庆会展、渔农特色产品、休闲渔农家乐等产业进行研究，并采用多种方法进行深入探讨，提出相应的对策措施，确保研究更加准确、更富新意。关键词：舟山群岛新区；渔农村文化；文化产业IABSTACT

5、kofbuildingnewsocialistfishingvillage,andalsotheurgentneedforthenewmarineculturecityconstruction.Alongwiththetransformationofeconomicandsocialdevelopment,peoples’culturalconsumptiondemandhasbeengreaterrelease.Butnowtheculturalartifactsintheruralandfisheryareasareveryfew,thedevelop

6、mentandmanagementofculturalarealsopoorintheoreticalguidance,andeventheoverallstrengthoftheculturalindustryisnotstrongintheruralandfisheryareas.Theseprominentproblemsaffectthedevelopmentofculturalindustryintheruralandfisheryareas.ThisarticlewilldiscussfromtheactualsituationofZhoush
