2、才+引进和科研等方面的激励现状，分析了H学院薪酬激励机制的缺陷及其成因，并对其提出了改进构想。文章提出高校薪酬激励机制重点在于满足教师的个体需求，就整个学院来说，福利套餐、教师的职业规划和教师培训体系等能满足不同层次教师的需要；对于高校关键人才可以实行津贴期权和年薪制等；同时，提高教师薪资水平是必要的，可以吸引和留住高素质人才，提高高校薪酬的外部竞争力；真正实施岗位聘任制和严格的业绩考核制可虬增强薪酬激励的内部公平性；民主管理的参与、合理的晋升以及优越的工作环境可以提高高校教师的满意度。因此，通过对薪酬形式多样化的全面把握，结合实际，构建出H学院全面的激励性薪酬体系，从而更好的吸引教师、留住
