3、stwerecarriedout.SinglefactortestWasusedtoinvestigatethebestpurificationtechnologyofmacroporousresin.(2)Throughtheadoptionofovalbumin(OVA)injectionatomizationinhalationmethodasthmamodelinrats,observetheeffectofantiasthmaofHyssopustotalflavonoidsonguineapigswerestudied.Bronchialasthm
4、aticmodelWasestablishedbyovialbuminsensitizationandlong—terminhalationprovocation.ThentheratsofeachtreatmentgroupwereintervenewitllthedexamethasoneofHyssopustotalflavonoids.UsingtheFlowtypeintegralplethysmography(whole-bodyplethysmography,WBP)systemdetectedtheeffectsonlungfunction;t
