1、中文摘要我国有世界上最多的农村和农业人口，改革开放以来，农村经济迅猛发展，村镇居民生活水平稳步提高。然而，与日新月异的农村面貌形成鲜明对比的是，村镇居民的居住质量普遍不高，居住环境和住区的安全度、舒适度都比较差，低水平重复建设现象严重，造成了一方面大量的社会财富和自然资源被消耗，另一方面居住条件和质量却没有明显改善的现状，不利于科学和可持续发展。本文对我国村镇住宅的现状及存在的问题进行了深入细致的分析，结合国内外发展的经验，提出了村镇住宅产业化发展的构想，即通过统一规划设计、批量建造、市场化运作的手段，采用社会化大生产的方式取代目前无序、零散、自主的建设方式，从根本上解

2、决村镇住宅建设中存在的问题和弊端，促进社会主义新农村建设。同时通过政策引导、资源整合、市场运作等手段培育和发展住宅产业化市场，形成新的经济增长点。针对我国地域辽阔，社会文化和经济发展水平差异大等特点，文中重点对村镇住宅产业化在我国的发展模式和发展战略进行了细致研究和探讨，提出了适应不同地域条件和文化特点的发展模式和战略，并提出了村镇住宅产业化发展的推进策略。[关键词]村镇住宅产业化发展模式发展战略北京交通大学专业硕士学位论文ABSTRACTChinahastheworld’Slargestnumberofruralandagriculturalpopulation，si
