4、t.Third,thepaperdividesorganizationalcommitmentintothreedimensionswhichareaffectivecommitment,continuouscommitmentandnormativecommitment,dividesemployee'scontextualperformanceintotwodimensionswhichareinterpersonalpromotionandworkingdedicationandbuildsupamodelwhichdescribeshowt
