4、hacutebileductligation.METHODS:MaleWistarratsweredividedrandomlyintobileductligationgroup(BDL,n=5) andcontrolgroup(C,n=5).RatsofBDLgroupunderwentligationanddivisionofcommonbile11ducttosetupacutebileductobstructionmodelaccordingtoYoshidome’smaneuver,butratsofCgrouponlyunderwentdissociationof
5、commonbileduct.Allanimalsweresacrificedonday7.Flowcytometrywasusedtocountthepercentageofhepatocyteapoptosisandoncosis.H&Estainandelectronmicroscopewereusedtoobservehepatocyteapoptosis,oncosisandhistopathologicalchange.Anautoanalyzerwasusedtodetermineserumtotalbilirubin(TBIL),directbilirubin
6、(DBIL),alkalinephosphatase(ALP),glutamyltranspeptidase(γ-GT),alanineaminotransferase(ALT),aspartateaminotransferase(AST)andlactatedehydrogenase(LDH)levels.RESULTS:ThepercentageofcelloncosisornecrosiswashigherinBDLgroupthanthatinCgroup(oncosis:25.41±2.18vs6.12±1.69;necrosis:3.99±1.24vs0.79±0
7、.29;allP<0.05).ThepercentageofoncosiswashigherthanapoptosisinBDLgroup(25.41±2.18vs2.79±1.43).Hepatichistopathologicalchangeshowedbileductproliferation,fibrousconnectivetissueproliferation,hepaticcelloncosisincreasingobviouslyandlivercellcordmorederangeme
