2、ability.Thus,intheeraofrapiddevelopmentofcommodityeconomy,thereisnodenyingthatidentifyingtheboundaryandbalancingtherightconflictbetweenconsumers’optionalrightandoperators’optionalrighthasbecamethetopagenda.Accordingtothetypicalcases,thisarticlehasadeepanalysisontheoperators’optionalr
3、ight,andcomeupwiththeideathattheoperatorsareentitledtohavetherightofindependentmanagementcategory.Butinthemeantime,thisarticleisalsoawarethatthesocialstatusoftheoperatorsdeterminestheirsocialresponsibilitiesthatshouldbeborne.Therefore,theoperators’optionalrightshouldberestrictedbysom
