1、AbstractBankingbusinessisthecordofmoderneconomyandplaysanimportantroleinnationalfinancialsystem．Itshealthyoperationisakeyfactortofmaneerunningwell．Thesupervisionfromcentralbankisalsoakeyfactortosafetyoperationofbankingbusiness．Thebanksdon’thavestrongawarenessofriskcontrol，a

2、ndhavemanybadloans，andrununderbigriskbecauseChinabankingsystemareheavilyaffectedbyplannedeconomicsystemforalongtime．SinceChmahasjointedtheWTOanditsfinanceopeningtoworldisaccelerated，thebankingbusinessofChinesebankwillfaceheavyimpactfromforeignbanks．Underthissituation，howtoc

3、ontrolbankingriskandbowtostrengthenthesupervisionfromcentralbankb∞omethefocusissue．Thispaperstartswiththetheoryoffinancialsupervisionandanalyzesi硅detailtheframeworkdevelopmentoffinancialsupervision．Onthebasisofthisstudy,combiningthesupervisionexperiencefromthebanksindevelop
