2、beenimplicateddistincthost-derivedLactobacillusacidophilusexhibitdifferentadhesionpropertiesspecificallytohostafterprolongedofevolution.Thuswepayurgentattentiontothescreeningofhuman-derivedLactobacillusacidophiluswhichkeepalivethroughthegastrointestinalchannel,bacterios
3、tasisactiveness,andexcellentadhesionpropertiestoviscerallumen.Andgoafterwardsforfunctionalfoods,forinstance,activemicrobialagentsorincludeinhealthcareproducts.TooptimizetheprocessofLactobacillusacidophiluscultureplaysanextremelyimportantroleinitshighcelldensityculture(H
4、CDC),evenmoreimportant,preparationofmicrobialagentsusingvacuumfreeze-dryingtoprotectbioactivity,andthesemanipulationsarethecoretechnologytoincreaseproductivity,ensureproductstandardization,maintainproductstability,extendshelflife.UselowpH/highconcentrationsofbilesaltsme
5、diumforprimarilyscreenofLactobacillusacidophilusfrom7individual7to14-dayneonatalfaeces,and8gram-positivebacteriumwhichexhibitacidtoleranceandbilesaltresidencewasobtained.2wereselectedafteridentificatedbycolonymorphology,physiologicalandbiochemicalcharacteristicsandmolec
