3、ariants(PICALMandCLU)onthehippocampalrsFCwereanalyzed.1.GenotypingWeextractedgenomicDNAfrom3000plofwholebloodusingtheEZgeneTMBloodgDNAMiniprepKit(BiomigaInc,SanDiego,CA,USA).Then,wegenotypedthePICALMrs385179andCLUrSl136000ineachsubjectusingthePCRandligationdetectionreaction(LDR)method.2.Allprep

4、rocessingstepswerecarriedoutusingthestatisticalparametricmapping(SPM8,http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm)basedonMatlab.3.Thepreprocessingofhighresolutionstructuraldataincludingsegmentationofgrayandwhitematter,spatialnormalizationandsmoothwitlla4ininfullwidthathalfmaximum;whilethepreprocessingofrs

5、—fMRIdataincludingslicetiming,realignment,spatialnormalizationtotheMNI,resamplingto3x3mm3cubicvoxels,andsmoothedwitha4n31Tlfullwidthathalfmaximum.4.FunctionalconnectivitywascalculatedusingtheDPARSFsoftwarebasedonMatlab;andthersFCdifferenceswereinvestigatedbetweenthetwogenotypeswiththeage,gender
