1、论文摘要论文摘要自中国投资有限责任公司(简称中投公司)投资美国黑石集团股票造成投资资产大幅缩水事件曝光以来，投资公司的投资内部控制问题越来越引起学术界和实务界的重视。投资公司主营业务便是“投资”，研究投资公司的投资内部控制具有重要的理论和现实意义。投资内部控制涉及财务会计学、投资学和风险管理学等学科的专业理论和知识，投资内部控制理论是以企业内部控制理论为基础，以财政部发布的《内部会计控制规范一基本规范(试行)》和《内部会计控制规范一对外投资》等规范性文件为依据，在投资实践中逐步形成了以岗位分工和授权批

2、准、投资可行性研究论证、评估、决策与实施控制、投资项目跟踪管理、投资处置控制和监督检查为控制点的投资内部控制理论框架，并将成为以投资战略控制和融入风险管理控制为重点的理论发展趋势。本论文共分四章，第一章引言，说明论文的选题动机和研究要解决的问题；第二章论述投资内部控制的理论现状和发展趋势，以及投资公司投资内部控制的特殊之处；第三章为投资内部控制的控制点，从投资立项、决策和实施、以及投资资产管理与处置控制四个方面论述投资公司投资内部控制的控制内容；第四章为华福公司投资内部控制案例分析，通过对华福公司投资
