3、,thenestablishtheresponserelationbetweentheinfluencefactorsanddrillingforce,intheend,optimizethedrillingprocessparametersbyusingmulti-objectiveintelligentoptimizationalgorithm.Thedetailedresearchcontentofthisdissertationwasdividedintothefollowingsever
4、alaspects:1.Thefiniteelementanalysisofdrillingprocess.Basedonthedrillingtheory,thefiniteelementtheory,materialconstitutiverelationtheoryandlargedeformationtheory,the3-DfiniteelementsimulationmodelofdrillingprocessisestablishedbysoftwareDeform3D.Andthe
5、n,havingaresearchonfiniteelementmodelinginvolvedadaptivemesh,materialsmodel,separationcriterionandfrictionmodel,andsoon.Throughfiniteelementsimulationofdrillingprocess,analyzedthedrillingprocessofstressfieldandtemperaturefield.Thisdissertationemphatic
6、allyanalyzestheeffectofbitdiameter,cuttingspeed,andfeedondrillingforce,andputupadrillingforcetestplatformformachiningexperiment.Finally,testresults,theempiricalformularesultsanddrillingforcesimulationresultswerecomparedandverifytheeffectivenessofsimul
7、ationresults.2.Regressionmodelestablishmentofdrillingforce.Aimingatthemodelofcollectingdatainfieldprocessing,thisdissertationadaptthefiniteelementmethod,takedrilldiameter,cuttingspeedanddrillingfeedofmaineffectondrillingforceasexperimentfactor,usetest
