3、tionwithIHCstainingshowedthatthevelogenicNDvirusesof3genotypescausedsystemicillnessinvolvingmanyorgansandtissuesinchickens.ThetransmissibilityofNDvirusesofdifferentorigininchickensandgeesewasinvestigated.Oralandoculonasalinoculationwith103E11350oftwofieldNDVisolatesofJS/I/97/GoandZJ/I/00/Go
4、resultedin75%一100%and50%~100%morbidity,0—25%and25%一50%mortalityintheinfectedgeese,respectively.Transmissionofthetwogoose-originatedNDVisolatesbycontactwithinfectedgeeseandgoosefecesbothresultedininfectionofallchicekenswith100%mortality.Transmissionfrominfectedgeesetochickensoccurredbyaeroso
5、lspread,butnoneofthechickensdieddespiteacquiringinfection.ThereferencechallengestrainF4sEsandvirulentisolateⅪ,2/97/Chchallengecaused100%morbidityand100%mortalityintheinfectedchickens,respectively.TransmissionoftheNDvirusesofchickenoriginfrominfectedchickenstogeesebyeitherfecaloraerosolsprea
