1、医学论文-CRP+1059G>C基因多态性与冠心病相矢性的临床荟萃分析作者:戴振宇徐力辛田克钧符月琴梅喜平张萍【摘要】目的评价CRP(C反应蛋白)+1059G乂基因多态性与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病相矢性。方法全面检索矢于CRP多态性与冠心病矢系的原始研究,将符合入选标准的研究纳入。采用Revman4.2统计软件包及statalO.0统计软件包进行统计,计算合并的效应指标基因多态性以OR及95%可信区问为效应指标。结果入选的8个冠心病与CRP多态性矢系的原始研究采用Mantel・Hdcnszcl固定效应模型合并的(GC+CC)基因型/GG基因型OR值为1.1895%
2、CI为1.01〜1.39,P<0.05。按地域分层分析固定效应模型中国人群OR为0.85,95%CI为0.64〜1.14,P>0.05欧美人群随机效应模型其OR为1.35,95%CI为1.11〜1.63,P<0.05。结论CRP+1059G>C基因多态性与欧美人群冠心病发病相另,但可能与中国人群冠心病发病无尖,C等位基因携带者患冠心病的危险性有增高趋势。【矢键词】CRP冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病基因多态性相矢性荟萃分析[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatethecorrelationbetweenthepolymorphismofC-rea
