1、复方阿胶浆联合升白胺片治疗肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症疗效观察闵晓梅(四川省内江市第六人民医院内科四川内江641000)【摘要】目的观察复方阿胶浆联合升白胺片治疗肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效。方法123例患者随机分为观察组、对照组1、对照组2各41例，观察组采用复方阿胶浆联合升白胺片治疗，对照组1单纯采用复方阿胶浆治疗，对照组2单纯采用升白胺片治疗。3组疗程均为2个月。比较3组治疗前后白细胞的水平。结果3组治疗前口细胞比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组治疗后1、2个月白细胞指标均高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗1、2个月后白细胞指标均高于其他2组，
