1、健康成年人海马磁共振波谱和扩散加权成像探究【摘要】目的:利用氢质子磁共振频谱和扩散加权成像,分析健康青年、中年两个年龄组两侧海马的脑代谢物浓度及表观扩散系数(ADC值)的变化,旨在为各种与海马相关疾病的早期诊断和病情评估提供依据。方法:对40名健康青年、中年两组志愿者双侧海马行磁共振波谱(MRS)及扩散加权成像(DWI)检查,计算双侧海马N-乙酰天门冬氨酸/(肌酸+胆碱)NAA/(Cr+Cho)、NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho和Cho/Cr值及表观弥散系数(ADC)值。结果:健康成年人左、右两侧海马的脑代谢物浓度NAA/(Cr+Cho)、NAA/Cr、
2、NAA/Cho和Cho/Cr比值及表观弥散系数(ADC)值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。健康青年组、与健康中年组海马的脑代谢物浓度NAA/(Cr+Cho)、NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho和Cho/Cr比值及表观弥散系数(ADC)值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)o结论:以氢质子磁共振频谱和扩散加权成像测定的NAA/(Cr+Cho)、NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho和Cho/Cr值及ADC值为标准,为各种与海马相关疾病的早期诊断和病情评估提供依据。【关键词】健康成年人;氢质子磁共振频谱;扩散加权成像;海马HealthyAdultHippoca
