3、oughthejudgmentsappliedtobalancepaysystemhavealteredindifferentages,theperformance-relatedpayisrisingandplayamoreandmoreinfluentialroleinhumanresourcemanagement.Whyperformance-relatedpaysystemisfavoredbymanagers?Ithasitsownstrengths.WhiteandDruker(2009)arguethatpayingaccordingt
4、operformancesisacomparativelysimplemethodsinceitassociateswithresults,namely,theamountofoutcomes.However,theweaknessesofperformance-relatedpaycannotbeneglected.Inthis12essay,thedefinitionofPRPandmeritpaywillbestatedfirst;closely,differenttypesofpaymentsbyresultswillbeclarified.
