1、宁夏野生荨麻水提取物对糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂的调节作用 摘要[目的]观察宁夏野生荨麻(UrticaangustifoliaFisch.ExHornem.)水提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂及氧化应激的影响。[方法]SD大鼠适应性喂养1周后,随机分出10只为正常对照组喂以基础饲料,自由进食进水;其余大鼠喂以高脂饲料自由饮水,喂养4周后腹腔注射链尿佐菌素(STZ,45mg/kg)诱导2型糖尿病模型。将造模成功的大鼠随机分成3组,每组10只,即糖尿病模型组,荨麻高剂量组(300mg/kg),荨麻低剂量组(150mg/kg)。各组给予相应药物灌胃,正
2、常对照组和糖尿病模型组给予生理盐水灌胃,均每日1次,连续灌胃4周结束。期间每周测定空腹血糖值1次,并于灌胃结束后测定各组大鼠血清中总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)。[结果]与模型对照组相比,高、低浓度荨麻组均能够降低大鼠CHOL(P0.05)。与模型对照组相比,高、低浓度荨麻组均可以升高血清中SOD水平(P<0.01);低浓度荨麻组可以降低血清中MDA水平(P<0.01),但高浓度荨麻组对于MDA水平的影响无统计学意义。[结论]宁夏野生荨麻水提
