1、鯛划也HI关合舫曼中的歸开究2018-03-2712:00:30中国现代医生2018年3期杨帆周格知童民锋［摘要］目的观察阿托伐他汀联合高压氧治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床疗效。方法将120例慢性硬膜下血肿患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。两组患者入组后均予高压氧治疗，治疗组在高压氧治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗，每次1片(20mg),口服，每H1次，疗程8周。治疗2个月后，比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。比较治疗前后Barthel指数(Bl)、改良Rankin评分(mRS)、临床症状和CT影像请况，评估临床疗效。结果治

2、疗后，治疗组BI(79.2±12.6)分，mRS评分(1.6±0.5)分；对照组BI(68.3±11.2)分，mRS评分(2.4±1.3)分，两组治疗后BI及mRS评分比较，差并均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组总有效率为73.3%(44/60),对照组总有效率为55.0%(33/60),差异有统计学意义(PvO.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论临床上阿托伐他汀联合高压氧可有效治疗慢性硬膜下血肿，且安全性较好。［关键词］阿托伐他汀；高压氧；慢性硬膜下血肿；安全性［中图分类号］R651.15［文献标识码］A
