1、腹部推拿治疗广泛性焦虑症的随机对照研究张玮李华南赵娜海兴华董桦孙庆天津中医药大学第一附属医院摘要：［目的］验证腹部推拿治疗广泛性焦虑症的有效性和安全性，同时进一步探索其治疗机制。［方法］纳入广泛性焦虑症心脾两虚型患者60例，随机分为腹部推拿治疗组30例、西药对照组30例。腹部推拿治疗组运用腹部推拿法治疗，西药对照组按照临床最普遍采用的丁螺环酮治疗。通过应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分，对两组受试者治疗前、疗程结束后、疗程结束后3个月的心理健康状况进行量化对照比较；同时，通过检测受试者治疗前、疗程结束后经颅多普勒及红外热像的前后变化。［结果］腹部推拿组的有效率为66.67%,西药对照组的有效率为34
