1、喉部鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤一例临床分析并文献复习PhundreimayumRaeesAhmed1,谢敏'【摘要】目的研究喉部鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的临床表现、病理特点及免疫表型，提高对本病的认识。方法对收治的1例喉部鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤进行介绍，并对2001年至2012年国内发表的该病报道进行冋顾性分析。结果纳入8篇报道共10例确诊为喉部鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者。患者多中年起病，临床表现多样，最常见首发症状为声音嘶哑（80%）。病变最常累及的部位为声带（87.5%）,出现表面增生或浸润性肿块（85.7%）、粘膜肿胀（57.1%）。其镜下最常见表现为大片坏死组织,淋巴细
