1、灯盏花素对缺血再灌注大鼠心肌超微结构及细胞凋亡的影响龚明玉1,张力2,杜超1,周晓慧1(1承德医学院,河北承德067000;2承德医学院附属医院放疗科,河北承德067000)[摘要]目的:研究灯盏花素(breviscapine)对在体大鼠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组,缺血再灌注组(IR组),灯盏花素组。灯盏花素组大鼠于术前1周分别腹腔注射不同剂量的灯盏花素(25,50mg.kg-1.d-1),另2组给等量生理盐水。以左冠状动脉前降支穿线结扎法制备心肌缺血模型,松开结扎线造成再灌注。采用Annexinv-PI双染,流式细胞仪检测心肌细
2、胞的凋亡情况;电镜观察各组大鼠心肌超微结构的变化。结果:灯盏花素可明显降低缺血再灌注大鼠心肌细胞的凋亡率(P<0.05,P<0.01),且较IR组心肌细胞超微结构损伤程度减轻。结论:灯盏花素对缺血再灌注心肌细胞具有保护作用,其机制可能是通过抑制心肌细胞凋亡来实现的。【关键词】灯盏花素;细胞凋亡;心肌;缺血再灌注;超微结构EffectofBreviscapineAgainstMyocardialIschemiaReperfusiononMyocardialCellUltrastructureandApoptosisinRatsGONGMing-yu,ZHANGLi,DUCha
