1、兰州大学硕士学位论文3、流式细胞仪检测不同浓度GEN.M-NPS作用72h后的细胞凋亡率分别是5.62%(10pmol/L)、13.46%(201xrnol/L)、26.40%(40pmol/L)、37.34%(80pmol/L)、49.43%(1001maol/L),阴性对照组的凋亡率为2.60%;DNA凝胶电泳结果显示40岬oFL组作用24h可见明显的凋亡细胞形成的梯状条带。结论:.Genistein制成磁性纳米微粒后,成球性好,但是载药量和包封率都不太高;体外细胞试验中,GEN—M-NPS能有效地抑制胃癌细胞
