1、合肥市商品住宅房地产市场发展趋势研究摘要本文通过对合肥市住宅房地产市场发展现状的分析，运用经济学、统计学及灰色系统理论中的相关理论与方法，对合肥市住宅商品房市场进行了研究。全文从五个方面研究合肥市住宅房地产市场。第一部分叙述了论文的研究背景及重要意义。第二部分介绍了与住宅房地产市场发展相关的基础理论。第三部分分析了合肥市商品住宅房地产市场现状及存在的问题。第四部分是论文核心部分，主要分析了合肥市住宅房地产市场供求两方面的问题。研究了合肥市住宅房地产投资供给与合肥市GDP的关系；借助灰色预测方法，建立GM(1，1)灰色预测模型预测了未来几年合肥市房地产投资额；采用灰色关联度分析方法定量研究
