1、人连理l:人学专业学位硕+学位论文摘要近年来,单船壳油轮发生海难和海洋污染事件屡见不鲜,促使国际海事组织(IMO)加速了淘汰单船壳油轮的进程。同时,干散装货市场因船舶供不应求,导致好望角型船舶的租金陡增,很多船东看到良机便纷纷加入这一市场并把吨位加大,以谋巨利。进入新世纪,包括我国在内的亚洲区域经济迅速发展,对钢铁的需求不断增加,矿砂进口激增。我国航运公司为了确保国家战略物资运输的主动权,近些年也相继签订了一批超大型矿砂船建造、改装合同,进~步促进了超大型矿砂船的发展。依照目前市场情况来说,增加VLOC(超大矿砂船)数
2、量主要有以下三种方法:改装单壳VLCC(超大油轮)、购买二手船、订造新船。改装单壳VLCC以其成本低、周期短,同时可以解决单壳油轮被淘汰的问题的优势,受到了许多船东的青睐。VLCC改装VLOC关键技术成为国内众多船厂研究的新课题。本文对单壳VLCC油轮“东山”改装关键技术进行了探讨,并用以指导该船的改装工程。该船改装钢结构8000余吨。由于大部分的改装工程在船舶漂浮状态下进行,工艺方案以舱为施工单元进行改装,该方法保证了船舶横向强度,扩大了作业面。施工过程通过改进施工顺序、制定并严格遵守精度控制工艺来预防船舶改装中的焊
