1、后路内固定融合术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折疗效及安全性评价吴岗(四川省资阳市雁江区中医医院641300)【摘要】目的：探宄对脊柱胸腰段骨折患者采用后路内固定融合术治疗的临床治疗效果，并评价其治疗安全性。方法：随机选取我院86例因脊柱胸腰段骨折而入院治疗的患者，根据手术方式的不同将所有患者随机分为两组，对照组采用的手术方式为前路内固定融合术，试验组则采用后路内固定融合术。并对两治疗组的椎体前缘高度等伤椎改善指标以及治疗效果和并发症发生情况进行对比分析。结果：两组患者在治疗总有效率的比较上，试验组高达95.3%的总有效率要高于对照组86.0%

2、,两组之间異有明显差异。在椎体前缘高度等伤椎改善指标的改善程度上，无论与术前相比还是与对照组相比，试验组的效果均更加显著。另外，试验组2.3%的并发症发生率要明显低于对照组11.6%,P<0.05。结论:两种手术方式均对患者的治疗只有明显的效果，但采取后路内固定融合术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折患者疗效更加显著，对患者的各伤椎指标具有明显的改善作用，且患者在术后的并发症也明显减少，值得在临床广泛推广应用。【关键词】后路内固定融合术；前路内固定融合术；脊柱胸腰段骨折【中图分类号】R2【文献标号】A【文章编号】2095-9753(2016)3-
