2、cperformanceforpropaneoxidativedehydrogenationtopropylenebytheoptimizationofpreparationmethodandconditionsaswellasbythesubstitutionofacertainamountofchromiumforvanadium,inthisthesis,wedidthefollowingresearchwork.Atfirst,Ni2V207catalystswererespectivelypreparedbysolidgrindingmethod,solv.ent

3、evaporatingmethod,oxalateCO—precipitationandcitricacidsol—gelmethod.ThecatalystswerecharacterizedbyBETnitrogen,physisorption,X—raydiffraction,inductively·coupledplasma(ICP)atomicemissionspectroscopy,hydrogentemperature-programmedreduction(H2一TPR),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),transmissio

4、nelectronmicroscopy(TEM),X-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy(xPs)andTG—DTA;Theinfluencesofthepreparation‘methodsonphysicalandchemicalpropertiesofNi2V207catalystanditscatalyticbehaviorwerestudied.ThebestresultofpropaneoxidativedehydrogenationwasobtainedonNi2V207catalystpreparedwithcitricacidsol—

5、gelmethod.Inthecatalystpreparationprocess,nitrogenoxideswerenotreleased.Itisagreenenvironment—friendlypreparationmethod.Secondly,Ni2V207catalystwaspreparedbycitricacidsol—gelmethod.Theinfluenceofcalciningtemperaturesonthestructure,morphology,specificareaofNi2V207anditscatalyticperformancew

6、ereinvestigated.Besides,theeffectsofcitricaciddosageinprecursorsongelformationandcatalyticperformancewerefurtherinvestigated.TheresultsshowthattheNi2V207catalystpreparedbyneitricacid/(nNi+nv)=3andcalcinedat600。Chasagoodcatalyticperformanceforpropaneoxidativedehydrogenationtopropylene.Final
